Forget what I said earlier. BINFILES.whatever should actually be mentioned in /u/gcg/ngrap/Makefile.whatever and catted onto the end of DISTLIST.whatever along with Makefile.whatever and README.whatever. This means that it will not be possible to pack up a binary tar file from the unpacked version of a binary tar file, but I don't think that was ever supposed to work. -Celeste
