Nice! This color picker is a real relief.
The bbox stuff should be fixed now; I'd changed the appearance and light
structures and needed to recompile those gprim's that used them directly.
The changes were mostly to add coordinate system specifiers to lights
("global" or "camera" or "local") -- try e.g. "gv -c 3torusdemo" in gv.sl/gl.
