Normalization

I think it might be a good idea to wait to ditch default normalization
until after this release (assuming we still want to realease on Jan
30).  It's probably going to turn up a lot of little bugs (line z
nudge being wrong and cam fly not being scaled are two examples) that
may take a few weeks to be notice - I think it would be better to wait
until after this release rather than hand out something that's
embarassingly unstable.  What are everyone else's thoughts?

Also, in the NeXT version (Dan's copy) of Geomview, the check boxes on
the appearance panel often do not match what is actually being drawn
if you use the keyboard commands.
