I don't know what sort of 3D graphics and user-interface support you have under OS/2, but porting geomview would probably not be easy. The main dependencies for the Iris version are on the FORMS user-interface toolkit, and the SGI GL library; for the Next version, on NeXTStep's user interface system and their quick-renderman library. If SGI's OpenGL becomes available under OS/2, and if someone ports FORMS to use it, and if we adapt geomview to use OpenGL (which is rather different from the present GL), then porting geomview to OS/2 would be straightforward.. but that's quite a few if's.
