Hi!

I just FTPed geomview-1.1 from the Stuttgart server.
After a bit of playing I believe it may be very helpful to a collegue who
wants to visualize a diamond lattice. 

So far my first impressions. 

Questions:

   1. Is there a symmetry group which creates this diamond lattice?
   2. We are both physics students with very little knowledge in
      group theory/algebra - may you recommend a good text about
      this subject?
   3. Which version is actual?
