geomview_1_4_1 RCS name assigned

I've assigned the name symbolic name "geomview_4_1" to all RCSed
files in the ngrap tree which were part of the current release.

In the process of doing this I discovered several hundred files (the
source distribution has 1781 files in it!) that were not yet under RCS
control, so I started RCS files for them (whew!).  I noticed
afterwards that I had actually RCSed some files that shouldn't have
been, for example a few panel.c files that are actually generated from
panel.fd files, etc.  Rather than try to track all these down I'll
just leave them as they are now and announce to everyone that if you
discover a file RCSed that shouldn't be, feel free to undo it.  This
would just involve changing the file's permissions (possibly using su)
and deleting the corresponding RCS file.
