small fixes for x11-geomview

Hi,

I installed geomview-1.4.2-x11-beta on an alpha running OSF1 V1.3A.
I had to fix three minor things to get to compile it. The fixes are
the following:

* Geomview/src/bin/geomutil/plutil/O.x11/polymerge.c:
    Commented out line 75 because 'nhash' is already declared in line 71

* Geomview/src/bin/geomview/x11/O.x11/gvload.c:
    Changed line 2 from
        #include <X11/Xm/DialogS.h>
    to
        #include <Xm/DialogS.h>

* After install, gvx was moved out of $GEOMROOT/bin/x11 to /usr/local/bin.
  but geomview wanted to start it from $GEOMROOT/bin/x11. I've solved
  this problem with a symlink.

Besides that, compilation and installation was no problem.

I played around with some of the examples and it generally works great.
Although, sometimes it crashes with a floating exception or a
segmentation fault.

What I can reconstruct easily is the following: When I click on the
"Look" button in the "Tools" Window, it always crashes with a
segmentation fault.

Tell me if I can help you somehow, e.g. with debugging.

I hope the above information is useful to you,
bye
   Chris
