Yes -- you can use the geomview command (e.g. in the Commands panel)

   (write geometry  /some/file/name  Boundary  your-mesh-object)

where "your-mesh-object" is the name as it appears in the geomview object
browser.  Mentioning it as the last argument means that the object should
be transformed into its coordinate system.
