[ REQ 5049]: bug report

I'm trying to get the DEC Alpha version to work on our
Alpha 2100 server running OSF/1-V2.0.

I have the binary version of Geomview.  When I run it
I get the error message that gvx is not executable.  When
I change the mode of gvx to +x I get the following error:
