OK, great.  You can get the source from geom.umn.edu under
pub/software/geomview/geomview-src.x11-beta.tar.Z

Installation instructions are in the file "Geomview/INSTALL.x11" after
unpacking.  As it mentions, the files you'll probably need to adjust before
compiling are
	Geomview/makefiles/mk.site.default
			 (to set GEOMROOT)

	Geomview/makefiles/Makedefs.global
			 (to set CPU = alpha
			 and possibly also MKFILEDIR = . if you're using
			 DEC's version of "make")

	Geomview/makefiles/mk.alpha	     (to set
			SYSCOPTS = -I/usr/include/X11 if the Motif (Xm/*.h)
			include files live in /usr/include/X11/Xm)

Under OSF/1 V1.3, the compiler seems to define __osf__; I hope that's still
true under V2.0.  If not, you could add -D__osf__ to SYSCOPTS in mk.alpha.
