[ REQ 5070]: geomview graphics for maple

I inquired about getting geomview graphics for maple a few weeks ago and was
told it wasn't quite ready yet.  Can I count on being able to use it for a
class I will be teaching starting in January?  I would be using primarily the
X version of geomview for that class, and for myself and when the students
can get on an SGI machine, the standard sgi version of geomview.  And I would
like to get a little experience with it myself before starting the class!
