Do you have DEC's OSF V2.0?  The binaries we distribute were compiled under
V1.3, and apparently don't work under 2.0.  We don't have access to any
suitable machines.  If you're feeling mildly ambitious, you could try
compiling the source distribution (geomview-src.x11-beta.tar.Z).  We're
told that the same code compiled under V2.0 does run, at least to some extent.

Another, much improved, X source distribution is in the works, too,
supporting Z-buffering, dithering, 24-bit as well as 8-bit displays, and so on.
With luck it should appear in the next few weeks.
