[ REQ 5091]: WebPaint using Geomview

Dear geometry center stuffs.

I am excited to annouce "WebPaint", a symmetric drawing surface kit on
the Web.  It is mainly based on the external module of Geomview. I
modified your code in weboogl.perl. The main feature of this software
is that this is entirly www-base software with bi-directional
connection between Mosaic and Geomview. From Mosaic, open the object,
select the color, and send the message to let geomview upload the
data. From Geomview, change the color of the three dimensional object
and upload the data. You can see also the work uploaded and modified
