[ REQ 5103]: Geomview under Solaris 2.3?

Hi,
We're trying to build a version of geomview on a
SUN Sparc 10 running SOLARIS 2.3.

I've ftp'd the source code and have followed
all the instructions. I've managed to compile
it without much trouble, but I have the
following problem:

-> whereas most of the menus work, the "load" and "save"
-> panels do not respond to any keyboard or mouse input.

The Motif library I am using is libXm.so.2

If this helps, these are the (minor) changes that I had to make
to the source code to get it to compile

1) I added the line

   #include <sys/fcntl.h>

   to src/bin/geomutil/math2oogl/math2oogl.c

2) I replaced

   #include <sys/errno.h>
   with
   #include <errno.h>

   in src/bin/geomview/common/comm.c

3) In addition to lXt, I also had to remove lXm from the library
   list in

   src/bin/mgexample/O.sun4/Makefile

Please let me know if you can help, or if you know of other
users running geomview under Solaris 2.3.

On the plus side, we have a few machines running SunoS 4.1.3
under which the binary version of geomview runs beautifully.

thanks for your help,
