[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index] [ REQ 5180]: slight Solaris make glitch (Geomview 1.5.0)
Because Solaris 2.3 goes so far overboard on the SVR4 bandwagon, all socket calls require linking with special libraries. So /u/gcg/ngrap/src/bin/nose/O.sun4/Makefile needs the extra system libraries: LIBS=${ALLOOGLLIBS} ${SYSLIBS} -lm Otherwise, I get the following errors: gcc -O2 -DSVR4 -I/usr/X11R5/include -I/usr/local/Motif1.2.2/include -DMACHTYPE='"sun4"' -I../../../../include -o nose nose.o -L../../../../lib/sun4 -lgeom -lquad -lpolylist -lvect -lbezier -lmesh -lvect -lsphere -linst -ltlist -llist -lbbox -ldg -lcomment -lskel -lndmesh -lnpolylist -lbbox -lstub -lgeom -lmg -lcamera -lwindow -lshade -loogl -l3d -lcolor -loogl -lm Undefined first referenced symbol in file socket ../../../../lib/sun4/liboogl.a(streampool.o) connect ../../../../lib/sun4/liboogl.a(streampool.o) ld: fatal: Symbol referencing errors.
