[ REQ 5180]: slight Solaris make glitch (Geomview 1.5.0)

Because Solaris 2.3 goes so far overboard on the SVR4 bandwagon,
all socket calls require linking with special libraries.  So

/u/gcg/ngrap/src/bin/nose/O.sun4/Makefile


needs the extra system libraries:

LIBS=${ALLOOGLLIBS} ${SYSLIBS} -lm


Otherwise, I get the following errors:
