Eric,
Sorry to take so long to get back to you on this. The answer is yes,
we would be happy to have these things be in your product, under the
following conditions:

   (1) The Geometry Center is properly credited. The tar files that
we distribute for each of the above packages already contain
the proper crediting, so as long as you don't modify the
contents of our tar files, this will be fine. Also, please
mention in your printed documentaton that the above things came
from the Geometry Center, and give our address:

		Geometry Center
		Suite 500, 1300 South 2nd St.
		Minneapolis, MN 55454

		email: software@geom.umn.edu

   (2) You provide us with quarterly reports on your sales
statistices, including volume and type of market (e.g.,
       educational institutions, private companies, government
agencies, ... ). This will be useful to us in getting an idea
of how much our software is being distributed via your product,
which in turn is useful to us because we're funded by NSF and
have to report such things to them in order to keep our
       funding.

If you have any questions about this, please let me know.
