In ftp://geom.umn.edu/priv/slevy/ucdtooff.tar.Z are modified source and
SGI executable for a version of ucdtooff which turns UCD hexahedra and
tetrahedra solid cells into corresponding OOGL surfaces. It doesn't
eliminate common faces of adjacent cells, but may be of some use anyway.
