You probably mentioned "~shishir/Geomview" as the location where Geomview
resides when you installed it.  Unfortunately the "~" notation doesn't work;
it's probably easiest to edit the "geomview" script to change

GEOMROOT=~shishir/Geomview

to give the absolute path of your home directory, e.g.

GEOMROOT=/usr/people/shishir/Geomview

Then things should work.
