[Closed REQ 5244] NDview packup, etc

PLEASE DO NOT REPACK *ANYTHING* AT THIS POINT!

The current distribution files have been in the ftp directory since
Dec 16 without any major complaints.  Every time we repack something
we run the risk of introducing new problems and I do not want to do
that at this point, immediately prior to making a net-wide
announcement.

(Yes, even just repacking to add some missing files can introduce
problems.)

I suggest that we package up a separate tar file which contains the
missing files, which people can unpack on top of the existing
distribution.  It should be called something like
"ndview-patch1.tar.Z".  We'll add a note to the README file in the ftp
directory, and to the FAQ, mentioning that you have to get this in
order to use ndview.

The same applies to the tk/tcl modules, and/or to the XForms stuff.
