[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index] [ REQ 5272]: PSsnapshot in Geomview
To whom it may concern: We are having difficulties with the PSsnaphot module in Geomview. In particular, we construct a polyghedron in 3D using Mathematica and are viewing it through Geomview. However, whenever we take a PSsnapshot of the polyhedron, the postscript file is screwy i.e. intersecting polygons viewed from the camera in Geomview become nonintersecting polygons in postscript. I am certainly willing to send you the Mathematica file that generates these pictures. Or you could copy it from my World Wide Web page "http://www.math.upenn.edu/~tad" under the heading Papers and in the Crooked Planes announcement paragraph. The offending command is Show[Graphics3D[{nCrPl[{{2.,0.,1.},Zero}], nCrPl[{{-2.,0.,1.},{0.,-25.,0.}}]} ]]; Thank you for your attention to this matter. Todd A. Drumm Bill Goldman
