We currently do not have a Microsoft Windows version of Geomview.
However, you could run Linux (a free UNIX clone for IBMs) and run
the linux binary version of Geomview.

Since you have Netscape, you can check out Cyberview, which is a
simplified, Web version of Geomview.  The URL for this is
http://www.geom.umn.edu/apps/cyberview-x/about.html
