It will eventually; Daeron Meyer has mostly ported it, but the code isn't
yet in released form.  (For example, I don't think OpenGL lighting works yet!)

There's a not-very-good converter from DXF to OOGL; it may be worth a try.
Pick up "ftp://geom.umn.edu/priv/slevy/dxf2oogl".  It's a perl script,
which converts a limited subset of DXF (e.g. no transformations) into
OOGL format.  I think that's the closest thing we have.

Not really.  The Geomview modules "Graffiti" (draw lines on a surface)
and "Sweep" (create surfaces of revolution) might be of some help, though.
