It seems as though the Solaris machines we have access have an
non-standard configuration. Try using the following lines in
mk.solaris:

SYSCOPTS = -DSVR4 -I/usr/openwin/include/X11 -I/usr/local/Motif1.2.2/include
SYSLIBS = -L/usr/lib -L/usr/openwin/lib -lnsl -lsocket -lgen -ldl

X-Geomview needs the Motif user interface libararies. OSF/Motif
is a commercial product. Check with your sysadmin to see if you
have it installed. If it is, just put its location in the
SYSCOPTS and SYSLIBS definitions. If you don't have Motif, then
your best bet is to try the binary distribution of Geomview for
SunOS. It runs under Solaris, albeit with a few bugs. You can
get it from http://www/software/download/geomview.html
