I'm attempting to replace my own 3D Delauny routine(s)
with qhull.1...I would like to be able to get a 
list of the 3D tetrahedrons (vs the separate faces 
of each tetrahedron, e.g. the "geomview" output). 
I could re-construct the tetrahedrons from the facets,
but I was wondering if there is a way to get direct 
access to the tetrahedrons somewhere in the code.
