Hello Again!

I have been using Geomview since July (it's pretty cool!) and now I
have to turn in a paper documenting my research.  I would like to know
which authors to cite when referencing the user's manual (I would also
like the date of the manual).  As you can see, I found every page of
the manual except the title page...
