Probably the problem is that "normalization" is turned
on in Geomview (this is the default), so all the cubes
are being scaled, individually.

To turn this off you can put the following line in a file called
".geomview" in your home directory:

    (normalization allgeoms none)

Or, you can turn it off manually using the "Normalize Geometry" menu,
which is on the "Obscure" panel in the SGI version, or on the
"Appearance" panel in the X windows version.
