New OOGL viewer:

	I have used your Geomview program under the Linux 
environment, and found it very impressive. Primarily as a learning 
exercise, I have written an ascii format oogl viewer for the Microsoft 
Windows environment. This program does not edit files or save them, 
but it interactively views them. The interface is different than yours, 
and on the overall, is not as effective. It uses panel buttons as opposed 
to rate sensitive mouse movements. I intend to release this program as 
freeware, but adding a note that development donations to myself would 
be appreciated. I am basically asking if I could have permission to use 
the oogl ascii OFF file format,  as well as include a few of your sample 
.off files in the distribution. If I were to do so, I would state clearly they 
came from you, and are available from you. An example executable of 
the program is available under request. More serious bug fixing and off 
file parsing rigor would follow if I could actually release this program.
