Try clicking on the Animator module from geomview's Modules panel.
It's simplest to use if the names of the set of files you want to play
match some pattern, like
   pmout*.off
You'd type this pattern into Animator's input panel, then press Load.
This works if the files should be displayed in the order as given
by a lexicographical ordering of their names (as is true for the example
you gave) and if there aren't any other files matching that pattern 
in that same directory.  If you do have other pmout*.off files in that
directory, it might be easiest to link just the ones you want to animate
into some other directory, as with

   mkdir wanted
   ln pmout0000.off pmout0010.off pmout0020.off pmout0100.off ...  wanted

and then tell Animator to load:
   wanted/pmout*.off
