Well, I tried the beta version of gvx, but the only difference is that it 
searches for libXt.so.6 now instead of libXt.so.3.  

No matter where I put a copy of my libXt.so.6.0 file (or a link to it called
libXt.so.6) it cannot find it for some reason.  I even stuck it in the path.
It's normally in /usr/X11R6/lib ...is that a problem?  Isn't that where gvx
should search for it?
