We'd heard from Matthew Suffidy, msuffidy at worldlink.ca, who has a nice
viewer named 3view for the fairly-widely-used OFF object format,
which runs under Windows 95.  It's not geomview, but may do what you need.
I'm not sure how he distributes it, if he has any way to do that at present;
try writing to him at the address above.  If necessary, we can give you a
copy of what he gave us.
