We don't expect to port Geomview to Windows, but there is a 3-D viewer for
OFF objects (one of the data types geomview displays, and one well-suited
for polyhedra) from Matthew Suffidy, msuffidy at worldlink.ca.  I'm not sure
whether or how he's distributing it, but he did seem to have wide distribution
in mind.  His software runs on Windows 95 (and probably also NT, but I think
not 3.1).
