This file format, basically, defines 3-D objects in terms of triangular meshes. The file format includes specification of each triangle's vertex list and it's associated surface normal. I have written some software that produces STL files and am simply looking for a shareware program that can be used to view them. If you have any experience with the STL file format in Geomview I would certainly be interested in knowing about it. Ralph G.
