Hmm, that's funny.  "dld.sl" sounds like a pretty essential shared library,
and the other HP-UX 10.x users we've given that binary to found that it
worked for them.

I've copied our (hp-ux 9.03) "/lib/dld.sl" shared library and put it
up for anonymous FTP from geom.umn.edu as
  priv/slevy/dld.sl

Let me know if you try this, and whether it works.
