Yes -- the Impact machines use native Open GL, and emulate GL via the
dgl daemon. Try picking up by anonymous FTP from geom.umn.edu:
   pub/software/geomview/geomview-opengl-irix5.tar.Z (or .tar.gz)

This runs fast on Impact machines, and is nearly as fast as the old GL version
on other Irises as well. It runs on both Irix 5 and Irix 6 (but not Irix 4).
Instead of a FORMS interface, however, it uses Motif -- most of the same
functionality is there, though it's arranged differently.
