Hi.  No, Geomview can't itself do mesh generation, though it might be
useful for displaying a mesh once it was generated.  It's really a display
program, not a computational engine.

You might look at Nina Amenta's collection of pointers to computational-
geometry software, including some mesh generation code, at
   http://www.geom.umn.edu/software/cglist
