Hi.  Indeed, SPHEREs weren't implemented in pssnap.  However, it does work in
the new release of geomview (still in beta release, but nearly final).
Some versions are available from our friends at the TU-Berlin, at

>From your mail header I'm guessing you have something running OSF -- a DEC
Alpha?  In case that's so, I'm building a distribution now on an Alpha running
OSF/1 V3.2, and will put it up at the geom.umn.edu address when it's ready.

Or, you might try fetching the source distribution from Berlin, and compiling
it yourself.


The new geomview actually doesn't include the pssnap module at all -- instead,
it has a new built-in Postscript snapshot option, available on the Save panel.
