[ REQ 6062]: loading lines/points

I am currently working on a project that requires displaying a collection
of lines (each line consists of an x, y, and z coordinate) in 3-d space.
The lines make up a crude model of the left ventricle of a human heart.

I am looking for assistance with the loading of these lines into
Geomview. I have a copy of the Geomview manual and from what I've read I
have come to the conclusion that I probably want to create a .vect file
specifying the vertices of all the lines. Any advice/assistance you can
render me would be greatly appreciated. I only recently downloaded
Geomview so I have very little experience with it. I am running the
x-windows version on an hp-ux platform.

Thank you,
