[ REQ 6114]: 3d mesh visualization

I am a PhD student at the Colorado School of Mines and majoring in Petroleum
Engineering. My project is to use the finite element method to predict the
fracture initiation down the wellbore. I wrote a program the generates 2d and
3d data for my mesh. I am having problems visualizing my 3d data and can't
draw my 3d mesh. I need some suggestion for the programs or packages
available for 3d data visualization. My program output data is as follows:

Node # X coordinate Y coordinate Z coordinate
   1 0 5
                              1
   2 . .
                               .
   3 . .
                               .

Node connectivity for each element:

element # node 1 2 31 32 51 52 71 72

Again, thanks for your help

                                               Abdullah
