OK, thanks for passing along minnegraphics.h.  This looks like the library
that was also used in our ancient viewer, MinneView.  I've built a
distribution package for that, that compiles on modern SGIs (well,
fairly modern, running Irix 5.3 at least).  You can get it by FTP from
geom.umn.edu as
   priv/slevy/minneview.tar.gz

It includes both sources (minneview/src/lib/... and minneview/sgi/src/lib/...)
and SGI object libraries (minneview/lib/sgi/*.a).  If you want to change the
sources, you'll need to "make install" to put the rebuilt libraries back in
minneview/lib/sgi.
