OK, one more try, this time including (I hope) all the relevant
/usr/openwin/server/modules files and the necessary piece of
/usr/openwin/server/etc/OWconfig.  This time you'll need to extract it
in /usr/openwin, not /usr/lib.  You'll also need to append 
"server/etc/OWconfig.creator3d-addition" to "server/etc/OWconfig".
[The "server/etc/OWconfig.sample" is the complete config file from the
system here; but you probably shouldn't use simply copy OWconfig.sample to
your OWconfig, in case there are other differences between your system
and the one here.]
