[ REQ 6212]: installbin program

Hi, I have a couple of suggestions regarding the installbin program
used in the Geomview package.

1) It would be nice if you set file modes.  /usr/ucb/install on Suns
   and various other programs exist to do this, or you could use chmod.

2) When making directories use the mkdirhier command.  The current
   script fails to make a directory if the immediate parent does not
   exist.  Mkdirhier makes any necessary parents as well.
