If you'd be using it on the SGI's, it's already installed (specifically, we have tcl8.0a2). You'd link with its libraries with -L/usr/local/lib/irix5 -ltk8.0 -ltcl8.0 and find its include files with -I/u/share/include/tcl8.0 Source for the package is in /u/src/grap/tcl8.0 and /u/src/grap/tk8.0.
