Hi, As you know, I was looking for a viewer to use in my work. I compared three viewers: Salem, Geomview and Inventor. David Dobkin told me that you are interested in seeing the result of that comparison. I enclose it below. Possibly I did not perform a fair comparison so I may have overlooked some of the features of the viewers. One of the main difficulties I had with Geomview was the fact that it did not have very much documentation and examples as compared with Inventor. I also wanted a tool that supported multiple windows. I would like to thank you for the time spent helping me, Ayellet Salem Geomview Inventor --------------------------------------------------------------- simplicity + easy to use lights, shading - + + save state - +? + + play manually and pick the best view not only a euclidian + space displaying edges + ?
