questions about Geomview on the NeXT

Dear Whoever is reading this,

Mark installed geomview on my color NeXT before I left the Center last week. In  
most respects it works fine but:

1) How do I use colors? When I drag colors from the color wheel they don't  
stick to the object.

2) When I tried to look at my file "slice.gv" (located at the Center in
/u/senechal/work), the computer -- which has 24 megs of RAM -- crashed.
That is, after some initial confusion it  logged me out.

3) Is there a way to put labels (not captions) on figures? Like P,Q,R for  
points.
