OK, I'm looking at the image.  Here's another try.  Do you mean that the
visible bits of black lines come and go as you change the view?

If so, yes, that's a real problem, though not one we can do too much about.
There is a control that tries to make edges reliably visible,
called "Lines Closer", on the Camera panel.  It moves all lines slightly
closer to the eye than the surfaces are.  You can try adjusting its value;
the optimal value depends on the clipping planes, the distance to the object,
and (sigh) the viewing angle, but a single value may work for a reasonable
range of views.
