geomview installation script

    Thanks for your suggestions about the "install" script, which
I'm the author of.  The script is written so that the message

> This script is running in the directory 
>        .

only appears if you invoke it with a pathname prefix (because it cd's
to that directory).  The rationale is so that if someone types
something like "/usr/local/src/Geomview/install" from their home
directory then things will still work.  Since you typed "./install"
rather than just "install", you got the ".". Anyway I've changed
the script to omit the message if the directory is ".".
