[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index] Getting distinct objects to superimpose properly
You need to turn Normalization off. Either put "(normalization world none)" in your ~/.geomview file, or see the browser on the Obscure panel, or type "0N" (zero capital-N) in a graphics window. With normalization on, objects are (independently) scaled & translated to each fit in the unit sphere, centered on the origin. This is handy for ensuring that they'll be easy to manipulate, but wrecks things if you expect them all to live in a common coordinate system.
