Hi Rudolph,

  Sorry for the lag time on the response. To compile example3.c on linux,
you need to add -liostream to the cc command line. Sorry about not having
that documented very clearly. The problem is that example3.c has been around
a lot longer than the linux version of Geomview and it's comments weren't
updated to mention this linux peculiarity.
