[ REQ 5414]: Cannot run HP version

I am running HP-UX A.09.05 and get the following error when I 
run geomview:

X Error of failed request:  BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)
  Major opcode of failed request:  1 (X_CreateWindow)
  Serial number of failed request:  1261
  Current serial number in output stream:  1273

I downloaded the software and went through the install.  
Everything seemed to be OK.  Any clues as to why this
won't run, or was it compiled for a different HP 
version?
