[ REQ 5743]: geomview freezes on HP

Hi!

I tryed Geomview 1.5 on HP710 with Mathematica extension.
Sometimes when I use Geomview[] function in Mathematica, Geomview seems
to freeze up (and does not read new geometry).
Is this a known bug? Is there a workaround?
Mathematica seems to dump geometry into a named pipe in /tmp/geomview dir.
Geomview seems to be unable to get that data, but keeps running in a loop
(keeps the load up, so it isn't a buffering problem) and does not refresh
it's windows anymore..
